Big Changes for 2025: Why I’m Shifting My Coaching Focus to Men

It’s not every day that I get to sit down to write and share about big changes, but today feels like the perfect time to share something that’s been brewing in my heart for a while now. Starting in 2025, I’ll be shifting my coaching practice to work exclusively with men.

This decision feels big—exciting, a little scary, and most importantly, deeply aligned with the impact I want to make in the world.

Why the Shift?

Over the past few years, I’ve had the absolute honor of supporting many women through powerful, transformative journeys. Whether it was helping a woman rediscover her pleasure, guiding her to heal from past traumas, or showing her how to deepen intimacy in her relationship, each story left a mark on my heart.

But along the way, I’ve noticed a consistent and growing pull toward working with men. Why? Because so many men are struggling in silence.

The Challenges Men Face

As I’ve worked with clients over the years and listened to their stories, a common theme has emerged: many men feel unequipped to connect emotionally in their relationships. Not because they don’t care, but because society hasn’t given them the tools.

Think about it. From a young age, boys are often told to "man up," to suppress their feelings, to avoid vulnerability at all costs. By the time they’re adults, many men are navigating relationships with emotional walls that feel almost impossible to break down. 1 in 4 men grow up without a father figure present in their lives and finding a healthy male role model in todays society is tough, so boys grow into men learning from their friends, what they see from celebrities, and worse. This leaves men feeling disconnected, frustrated, and, often, deeply alone—even in the presence of those they love most.

The pressure doesn’t stop there.

Did you know that nearly half of men over 30 report experiencing erectile dysfunction? Don’t think of this as simply a physical issue—it’s one that ripples into every aspect of their intimate lives. For many men, ED carries a heavy emotional burden, fueling shame, anxiety, and a sense of inadequacy that impacts their relationships in profound ways, often leading to disconnecting to avoid their feelings.

It’s not just about sex. It’s about feeling like they can’t show up for their partners the way they want to. It’s about feeling broken in a world that still doesn’t give them permission to talk openly about their struggles. It’s reported that the leading cause of death in men under 50 is suicide and I think that coaching can help to change that statistic.

This is why I’m shifting my focus.

Creating a Safe Space

I believe men deserves a space where they can show up without judgment, where they can unpack the layers of shame, frustration, or confusion they’ve been carrying. My goal isn’t just to help men improve their intimate lives—it’s to help them understand themselves, connect emotionally, and build deeper, more meaningful relationships.

When men heal, everyone wins. Their partners feel more connected, their children grow up with healthier examples of emotional expression, and their communities benefit from the ripple effects of their growth.

This work feels deeply personal to me. My own journey with trauma and healing taught me how powerful it is to feel seen, supported, and valued in vulnerable moments. Now, I want to be a support for men—to help them step into their power in ways that feel authentic, grounded, and transformative.

What This Means for Women

To the women who have worked with me or have been considering it, you’ll always hold a special place in my heart. Supporting women through their journeys has been a privilege I’ll always treasure, and I know this shift might feel bittersweet for some of you.

That’s why I’ve reserved five final spaces for women to pre-book coaching in 2025. These are for women who are ready to dive into their own transformational journeys—whether it’s embracing pleasure, exploring intimacy, or rewriting their relationship with their bodies.

These spots are going fast, and once they’re filled, my coaching for women will close indefinitely. If you’ve been on the fence, this is your nudge to take the leap. I’ve also created flexible payment options to make it easier for you to say yes.

A Quick Note to My Non-Binary Baes

To my non-binary and gender-fluid friends: I see you, I celebrate you, and I’m always here to support you. While this shift focuses on creating space for men, please know that I will always make room to hold space for you and your unique journeys. You are such an important part of this work and this world, and I am here for you anytime you need guidance or support.

Looking Ahead to 2025

This shift isn’t just about changing who I work with—it’s about creating deeper, lasting impact. I’m stepping into this next chapter with a full heart and so much gratitude for everyone who’s been part of my journey.

Whether you’re a man seeking support, a woman ready for one last opportunity to work together, or someone cheering me on from the sidelines, thank you. Your trust, your stories, and your support mean the world.

Let’s make 2025 your most transformational year yet.
